Your Financial Information Sharing
Your financial information is to be processed online in compliance with the GDPR/EU rules. You can email/whatsap/dropbox your bank statements to your accountant with ease.
Company Accounts & tax return preparations
We will do all of your bookkeeping, payroll, bank reconciliations and VAT. Our iXBRL accounts and tax filings are carefully produced in accordance with Companies House and HMRC's rigorous guidelines.
Review & approval of drafts
At Pro Tax, we believe in transparency and your complete satisfaction. At every step of the process, you have the right to review and validate. We hold off on submitting your accounts until we have your explicit approval.
Submission to HMRC & Companies Houses
At the end of the year we do all of your returns and submit them to Companies House and/or HMRC
Changing accountant?
We take care of the whole process for you and contact your current accountant for the information we need to register with HMRC.
Deadline reminders
We send automated reminders for all of your return dates to ensure you never miss an important deadline again.
